I’m Alexis and I’m a lifestyle blogger who resides in Billings, Montana.  I create content for the everyday confused who value everything from self care, self-development & growth, life and everything else society can throw at us. From going anonymous during my time of shame and despair, to a wanted place of aspiration on my love for emotion and awareness. 8 years later, this blog has grown into an established community where I discuss a little more than regret and cover everything from health to love tips. I have found throughout my blogging journey that writing down everything that comes to mind no matter how it may sound, I type it.
